About Our Shampoo Bars Your scalp is slightly more acidic than the rest of your skin. The oil on your scalp makes it that way because oils are acidic. We super-fat our shampoo bars to keep them from stripping too much oil from your hair and scalp. We also add castor oil to help add shine to your hair. Give your hair & scalp time to adjust to using the bar, usually takes about a week to acclimate.

How to Use Apply bar directly to hair in a circular motion to create lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. Follow with our apple cider conditioning rinse. Avoid eye contact.
